Your order will automatically be canceled after 7 days and a cancelation email will be sent. Your order will be returned to store inventory and a refund will be automatically processed within 3-5 business days.

Eligibility for Buy Online, Pick Up In Store depends on the store's inventory and product assortment. Shipping and pickup methods are shown on our product detail pages and in the shopping cart before checkout. Gift Cards and Personalized Photo Candles are currently not eligible for Buy Online, Pick Up In Store.

Yes, you may designate an alternate pickup person simply by forwarding your Ready for Pickup confirmation email. Your designated pickup person must show the Ready for Pickup email either in order to receive the order on your behalf.

Unfortunately, we can’t extend your pickup time, but we’ll send you a reminder email one day before your order is canceled. If you miss your 7 day pickup window, you will be automatically refunded and can place the order again at your convenience.

Once you receive your Ready for Pickup email confirmation, you’ll have 7 days to pick up your order. After 7 days, your order will be returned to store inventory and you’ll receive an automatic refund.

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a Ready for Pickup email which will include instructions for picking up your purchase.

Before leaving the store, please check to ensure you have all items and are satisfied with their condition. If you have any issues the store can resolve them for you. If you find an issue after leaving the store, please send a photo of your order- highlighting the issue- to our Contact us or Chat with us online.

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store is a quick and convenient way to get your favorite fragrances. Our team members will work quickly to process your order and you’ll receive a Ready for Pickup email confirmation as soon as your order is ready. If your order is placed near or after store closing, it will be available for pickup the next day. Remember, don’t leave home until you’ve received your Ready for Pickup email confirmation!

Absolutely! The shipping and pickup method is selected by item, so you are able to check out with a combination of items being shipped and items that you will pick up at your preferred store location.

We want you to love everything you purchase from us — candles, fragrances, homes accents, and anything else. If for any reason you don’t, even if you just change your mind, simply return your item to any of our Yankee Candle Stores for a full refund or exchange. Or you can send it to us at the Web and Store Orders address below. Whatever makes you happy is always best!

To return an item to a store, you’ll need two things:
• Your detailed order confirmation email or store receipt.
• The credit or debit card used to make your purchase.
Please note that if your purchase was made using PayPal® and you don’t have your email confirmation accompany your return, your refund will be issued in the form of a Yankee Candle Gift Card.
