You run a special on a product I really like, I ordered it you did not have any in stock. Yet my local Publix revived a shipment. You cancel my special order and tell me to get something else. Tell me how do you choose a sent over the web? I fell you should have backordered my original order and told me it may be 4weeks until it ships. No you cancel my order. And to add insult to injury I get an email with a special price for my changed order but because I did not order from the same salesman the offer is not except. I will NEVER order you products again. You should be looking for some new services management. The worst service I have ever received. I spent 40 years in the music industry as a sales and service manager. Unbelievable!
