Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good Wanted to love it. It doesn’t work good at all. I did figure out if you only fill it half way to fill line it works a little better, no comparison to other diffusers like Scentsy but it was cheap and on sale so I tried it.

It has a continuous and an intermittent mode which I don't recall reading in the description but that was nice to find out. There are also multiple colored light modes including one that automatically cycles through all the colors. I took away stars for 2 reasons. 1. Sometimes it turns off for non reason although there's still water in it but it continues to run without issue when I turn it back on. 2. The fill line is very low and If you fill it even the slightest bit over the fill line it will not function properly so you'll have to pour out some of the water.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS 1st the fool line is very low and if you go over the line even the slightest bit no steam will come out. 2nd once i figured that out it worked fine. 3rd after using it a few times without incident it started turning off after running for a short period of time. It ran for such a short period of time that there was plenty of water left in it. I gave it 2 stars because there are times when it actually works. I just don't understand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not working I bought this yesterday and I wish I viewed these reviews.  After about 15minutes it shuts off.  I trouble shooter it by un plugging and making sure water was full (of course it was because only stays on for 15 minutes when green). Very disappointed and plan to return.  Just wish I kept the box.  Hesitant to ever by this type of brand product.  I’m surprised Yankee candle sells such an unreliable product :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Working as Expected I just bought this today. It keeps turned off after one hour. I didn't fill the water above the max line. I unplugged it and poured water out. Then cleaned and tried it again. This time I sat closed by to see if it run normally. About an hour or so, I heard beeping noise, then it turned off. There is still water in the tank. I will need to return it or exchange with different model. I just realized this product received poor review.

When I 1st bought this diffuser back in October I think it worked okay it wasn’t the best but was decent now it has been about 3 months and it has completely stopped working! Seems like there is a lot of negative reviews on this item I wish I would have seen them before I purchased this!
