Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Working as Expected I just bought this today. It keeps turned off after one hour. I didn't fill the water above the max line. I unplugged it and poured water out. Then cleaned and tried it again. This time I sat closed by to see if it run normally. About an hour or so, I heard beeping noise, then it turned off. There is still water in the tank. I will need to return it or exchange with different model. I just realized this product received poor review.

When I 1st bought this diffuser back in October I think it worked okay it wasn’t the best but was decent now it has been about 3 months and it has completely stopped working! Seems like there is a lot of negative reviews on this item I wish I would have seen them before I purchased this!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustrated. I bought this a week ago. We love the look but we dont understand why it turns off after 10 minutes. It's not every time. One night I will run for a good while and another night turn off after 10 minutes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from When this diffuser works its great... I bought this diffuser several months ago and initially loved it. The salesperson at the store told me to rinse and dry it out when not in use so I feel like I may have gotten a little more use out of it than others, but have to admit this thing took a lot of maintenance. Once the water ran out I was never able to refill it to keep it running...I literally had to dry it out between every use...then sometimes it would stop for some unknown reason and the only fix seemed to be the constant rinsing and drying with an occasional vinegar/water soak. For a short time I was able to get it to work well and even bought one for my mother in law because she liked it so much, but she too had issues with hers (she couldn’t get it to work right out of the box). As for mine, unfortunately it doesn’t work at all anymore and just beeps at me. I love Yankee Candle, I love the way this diffuser looks, and I love the way this diffuser works when it’s working, but the fact that I have to add the caveat, “when it’s working,” means it’s really not a great product. Definitely disappointing for YC standards, but will try out a different diffuser to see if I get better results.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turns off We purchased this diffuser a couple of days ago, we loved the style and finish of it and it is pet and baby friendly but to say how highly disappointed we were of this diffuser is an understatement. The first night I set up it all up, placed it in our den turned it on then 10 seconds later it turned off. I reread the instructions, tried both settings and the thing still turned off. You would think for the price paid and where you purchase it the quality/functionality would be up to par. After a couple of days of giving it a chance we will return it and won't plan exchange it.

This appears to be a continuing issue. I wanted to purchase this diffuser as it looks so pretty but want to know if yankee has fixed the issue with the diffuser before I purchase. Please advise. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keeps shutting off!! Bought this about 1 1/2 months ago, finally got around to using it and I am so disappointed. It keeps shutting off. Unfortunately I cannot take it back, I have no box or receipt. I have another one that is a Yankee Candle brand and I absolutely love it!
