I searched up online why it was doing this and some people said it was because it needed to be cleaned. After cleaning it I tried to see if it worked and it still hasn’t worked.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dont purchase this product I received this as a gift months ago and just got around to setting it up. Every time I cut it on it beeps and cuts right back off. I have read other similar reviews about troubleshooting and cleaning, etc and nothing has worked. I am very disappointed as I did not purchase this and it was purchased a while back before I realized it was defective. I'm now facing the trouble that store will likely not take it back with no box, receipt, anything... very disappointed...

Basically 4 steps: fill it with water, drop some oil in, plug it in, and turn it on. I always know when it’s empty because of the beeping - love that.

I used it when I would with patients that help make it a more comfortable environment. I absolutely loved the product and would love to keep using it, however, when I tried to turn it on a few days ago it now only comes on for a few seconds, beeps twice and shuts off. Great product during use, but did not last long for the cost.

I decided to try a different cord and it worked. Problem is, the cord I have doesn’t allow it to sit flat. I need another plug.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Had it a few months. Doesn’t work now. I’ve had this diffuser for a couple of months now. I loved it at first, but now when I go to turn it on, the light comes on, beeps twice after a few seconds and then shuts off. I have tried everything. I’ve cleaned it. I’ve made sure that it is filled to the correct level. I’ve unplugged it and plugged it back in. I’ve made sure that the frosted glass is securely and correctly fastened as I read that if it’s nit then it won’t work. I was really excited about this, especially since my other defuser has lasted 5 years so far, but it has proven unreliable.

I used it for a week and loved it before I bought the same one for my kids room. Within a month, my lights were broken and not working in mine and my kids’ stopped working completely. As a person who LOVED this product before it broke, I was devastated. Unfortunately, it seems it is not a long lasting product and do not recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn’t last long! :( Within a couple months of purchasing this oil diffuser it has stopped working. I clean it with vinegar regularly. It will let you know when it needs cleaned because it will beep incessantly. I took the whole thing apart to thoroughly clean it. Plugged it back in. And it worked for maybe 60 seconds before shutting off and beeping again. Now it’s bubbling but no vapor is coming out of the top. If I could do it all over again, I would not purchase this oil diffuser. Too finicky and unreliable for the amount of money I spent on it.

It is weird but it does not diffuse scent as well as another diffuser I have and the scent seems to run out quicker than the water. One thing I find annoying is how bright the green LED "on" light is. In a dark room it literally glows. I love the way you can set it to fade in and out of different colors but... I hate that one of the colors is a bright fire red. That is not relaxing. Red is a color of fire, frustration and fury. Hardly a spa-like color. I am not in love with my purchase.

The scent diffuses through the upstairs creating a relaxing and calming environment. Cost- affordable especially with discount. Quality-the glass dome is the most expensive component of the Lantern.

It sits right next to the bed and I believed it has helped both my husband, and I slept much better at night. The scent makes its way through the master bedroom and the hall if I have the door open! I would recommend this product!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great when it works... I bought this item yesterday along with the orange essential oil. I love the fragrance. The following are the pros: 1) great for very small rooms 2) like the multiple colors 3) looks modern and fits my decor 4) amazing scents 5) easy to fill (well kind of) The list of negatives: 1) I believe it overheats quickly if you run it on constant with the light on (mine has shut off after an hours of use the first day). 2) Packaging states it is able to run 4 hours on constant or 8 intermittent (refer to note above) 3) Intermittent level does not give you a good robust scent. 4) The scent quickly fades after an hour of use... basically just watching water vapor after that. 5) Yankee candle suggest 6-7 drops... I suggest 9-10 if you actually want to smell anything. 6) Must use in a small room or you will never, ever smell it (I have mine sitting right beside my chair so I can get a whiff) 7) Looks great in store, but once you get it home, you realize it’s made cheaply (again it’s a bargain at $30 if it worked properly). Anyway, I will be returning the product. I would say hold off on purchasing this product until a new model comes out.
