Low quality product
I bought this yesterday at a Yankee Candle Store. I also bought a bottle of Chesapeake Bay essential oil. Got home, read the directions, followed them to the letter and it stopped working after 3 minutes! Cleaned it, tried again, and...the same. This was well-packaged and I did not drop or damage it in any way, It just didn't work for more than a minute or two at any point. I would definitely NOT recommend this product. It's very pretty, but it is not well made.

I liked the look of the diffuser.
I liked the look of the diffuser, however the light feature is horrible. The light flashes then it will not stay on. When it flashes you can see the inside of the unit not very attractive. It makes me feel like the product is not safe to use.

Absolutely LOVE
I bought this at the beginning of may. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. I have the scent home sweet home, one of my favorites, in it right now. I’ve had it for a little over a week and I am absolutely IN LOVE with it! Having two light settings and a fragrance saving mode is amazing and the power of the scent coming from it fills the entire room and then some. I would 100% recommend l!

The description said it was a color changing light, it isn't. It's a white light that just fades light to dark. When it does light up, I don't like the look of the mechanism in the middle of the diffuser.

Horrible product
I’ve had this for a few months and at first I thought it was the oils I was using, it doesn’t blow steam at all! I rinsed the chamber to see if I could fix it and then it stopped turning on completely. This is a horribly made product, too bad Because it’s beautiful

Beautiful but not durable
I bought this about 2 months ago and it just stopped turning on! I loved it when it was working but now I don’t even know what to do with it. I plugged it in to different outlets and everything and still won’t work. Really great diffuser just wish it would last longer

Absolutely love it
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it got knocked off her shelf and broke. I was happy that it was still available so I could order another. She absolutely loves it and uses it daily. It's a beautiful color.

Beautiful, but...
I bought this the other day and while it was it the packaging, it looked amazing! I opened it to find the hole in the top to be off centered. It’s distracting from the overall piece. What I am most unhappy about is the way the piece looks when lit up. The inner chamber is very apparent and very unattractive. I’m going to keep it and use without the light. I plan to purchase a different one but I won’t be leaving the store without looking at it with the light function turned on!!

Pretty, but not Perfect
The pink outer shell is very unique and pretty and the white light has two options: steady and a slow pulse, which I like. It reminds me of something you’d see on Star Trek. The inner plastic diffuser unit, however, is not constructed as well as other units I’ve seen like this. You can see where the plastic is uneven inside the lid and you have to give it a considerable press to shut it. The two light settings for mist (green for steady and red for intermittent) are a bit too bright and distracting when the white light is off. It’s worked well thus far, so I’ve decided to keep it because I like the overall look.

Poorly Constructed Diffuser
I bought this diffuser today and was very excited to use it. When I got home and unboxed something unfortunate awaited me. The imprint on the top was completely off-center ruining the aesthetic of this diffuser. I am very unhappy with my purchase and will be returning it immediately!!!

After you make sure all of the parts are lined up, and the spout is open, maybe you could try lower lighting. It is easier to see the mist if you are not in a bright room w/ a lot of light or sunlight. Mine worked the first time I tried it perfectly well, but I do remember having trouble seeing the mist at first. Once your eyes grow used to seeing what comes out, it should be fine.

This item does have an automatic shut-off feature. There is continuous misting for up to 5 hours and intermittent misting for up to 10 hours.
